For the past several years I've partaken in AudioFile's Sync summer program. What is it? AudioFile's Sync program basically connects you (the reader) with fantastic and free audiobooks over summer. Each week two ebooks are up on their site and you can download them for free. They always pair one YA novel with a classic novel. For my very first post at Midnight Society, I talked about my love for cannibals, and specially for Hannibal. For those of us who are insane for the show, we're called Fannibals. We've seen all the episodes (at least once, probably three times) and we are in awe of the brilliance and all the feels it gives us. The show is a total mind-f*ck, but it the best of ways. Being a horror fan, when I heard of the remake of Spielberg's 1982 movie POLTERGEIST, my reaction should have been... However, it was more like... Why? I am a fan of the original.
