We Go On, an intriguing indie horror film on ShudderTV! With all the craziness in the world right now, Midnight Society Movie Night makes me happy. A chance to watch a movie with my scary-loving friends is just what I need. So let’s watch We Go On!
Some doors should never be opened.
This movie, written and directed by Jesse Holland and Andy Mitton (also known for The Witch in the Window), appeared at film festivals around the world in 2016. Now on DVD and ShudderTV.
Seriously, ShudderTV has offered me so many titles I would never have heard of. I love the bigger name movies that hit the theaters, but finding movies that linger in the background gives me much joy. So much fun waiting for me!
We Go On follows Miles’ quest to learn if death is the end or…if we go on. A fear of death is extremely common. (Hello. It me!) Many struggle with what to believe about that mysterious moment when this life ends. Miles can’t handle the fear of the unknown, so offers cold hard cash to anyone who can prove the existence of an afterlife.
Proof of a ghost.
A demon.
An angel.
A medium, a scientist, and an entrepreneur take the challenge.
Though, should we know? Is this a question that should be answered?
Watch with me and find out.
I haven’t seen this one and have read good things about this award winning movie, how it’s a personal journey, a face-your-fears moment, a trip along an emotional path. This is my favorite thing.
Friday, April 24th, find me on Twitter #MidnightSocietyMovieNight and #WeGoOnMovie at 9 pm EST for horror fun. Watch with me and tweet along, or enjoy my reactions to viewing this film for the first time. Let’s escape the weirdness of the world with a creepy movie!
Cheers and nightmares,
Kathy
